Position Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys helping people stay organized, supported, and informed when it comes to their financial future? We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to support our growing financial services operations while also assisting with customer care responsibilities as needed.

This position is designed for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in financial services and insurance. The role will begin in a support-focused capacity with opportunities to grow into more advanced financial planning and consultation work over time. No securities licenses are required to start, but candidates who are interested in becoming licensed and expanding their responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial and investment account servicing under the direction of the registered representative
- Complete electronic account opening forms and related paperwork
- Process securities-related transactions such as contributions and distributions when instructions are obtained by the registered representative
- Assist with account maintenance transactions including:
- Beneficiary updates
- Address changes
- Bank account updates
- General account servicing requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure paperwork is completed in good order
- Provide excellent customer support and communication throughout the servicing process
- Support the agency’s customer care team during slower financial planning seasons
- Learn financial services and insurance operations with the opportunity for future growth and licensing
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Interest in financial services, investments, or insurance
- Previous office, customer service, banking, insurance, or financial support experience is a plus
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing is required
- Interest in obtaining securities licensing in the future is preferred but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
